After doing several repairs on other in-line bale trailers, we started to design our inline hay trailer that would resolve all of the problems we had been repairing on competitor trailers. Once we had finished the newly designed M&W in-line bale trailer, it was put to the test. A few changes had to be made to make it the best in-line bale trailer on the market.
One of the special features added to the in-line hay trailer was the rubber bumper. When the trailer dumps, all of the weight of the bales comes crashing down on the main axel frame causing fatigue to the steel and the welds. It is important to protect what is holding your entire trailer together. With the M&W rubber bumper it takes all of that stress and vibration off of the axle frame and cushions the dump. We also strengthen the dual locking system and unlocking arms. Gussets were added where the cradle meets the neck, strengthen the weld around the cradle and neck. A bridge underneath the main frame was also added to allow the cradle to flex but not bend or break. These are just a few of the many features to the M&W In-Line Hay Trailer that make it the best trailer on the market!
